LH represented the plaintiff, a Norwegian company recognized worldwide for its baby strollers, children’s furniture, etc., and obtained a favorable decision from Hangzhou Intermediate Court against patent infringers, despite the relevant invalidation proceeding pending at the time. The court ordered the defendants to immediately cease patent infringements, and awarded damages in the amount of RMB 2 million plus reimbursement of reasonable costs and expenses of RMB 250,000. The judgment was upheld by Zhejiang High Court in June 2018.
