LH represented the plaintiff, a member company of one of the world’s largest beer group, and obtained a favorable judgment reached by Chengdu Intermediate Court. The court affirmed that the defendants’ use of a registered mark infringes upon the plaintiff’s prior copyright, and awarded compensation in the amount of RMB 600,000, plus RMB 156,551 to cover the plaintiff’s reasonable costs and expenses.
