LH represented the plaintiff, a leading manufacturer and supplier of static material testing instruments, and obtained a favorable court judgment reached by Hangzhou Intermediate Court in 2022. The court affirmed the plaintiff’s trade name as an influential trade name and awarded damages (covering reasonable costs) amounting to RMB 1.38 million.
This is the first time for the client to obtain recognition of its influential trade name in mainland China.
