LH represented the plaintiff, a world-famous street fashion brand, and obtained a favorable judgment recognizing the plaintiff’s product name as influential in mainland China, even though the plaintiff had NOT yet entered the Chinese market at the time. Hangzhou Intermediate Court held that the defendants’ acts constitute unfair competition and trademark infringement against the plaintiff. and eventually supported ALL of the plaintiff’s claims and awarded damages in the amount of RMB 8.5 million. The judgment was upheld by Zhejiang High Court in September 2021.
